FUBY uses OAuth for remote access. Clients must complete account linking before private CRM tools are available.

Permissions

• fub:read — contacts, calls, messages, relationships, metrics, and endpoint discovery.
• fub:write — contact, note, task, text-message, and approved workflow changes.
• fub:transcript — browser-visible call transcript text and transcript health.
• fub:admin — API passthrough for authorized accounts, including create, update, and delete operations.

Write safeguards

Bulk workflows are preview-first. Text campaigns are paced at four messages per minute or slower. Duplicate jobs should not be started. Transcript tools read text already rendered in Follow Up Boss and do not download or transcribe audio.
