FUBY processes Follow Up Boss information only to fulfill requests made by an authenticated user. Depending on the tool used, this may include contact details, notes, tasks, calls, text messages, relationships, and browser-visible call transcript text.

Follow Up Boss remains the system of record. FUBY does not sell CRM data or use it to train models. The service uses short-lived in-memory caches and job state for reliability and may retain limited operational logs needed for security and troubleshooting. Access tokens and provider credentials are not included in tool results.

Account access can be revoked through the connected OAuth provider. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be submitted through the support page.
